You need to install the GNU debugger

From the NSD file:
    The GNU debugger (gdb) is required to collect stack information.
    Please install gdb under the directory /usr/bin and ensure the
    Domino server id has permission to execute /usr/bin/gdb.
This will allow NSD to capture callstacks from the offending process so we can tell what's going on.
